You share your ideal activities and experiences … and what you’d prefer to avoid.
Then we design an itinerary tailored to your priorities, including tour activities and select local recommendations to fill in your free time.

How much do services cost?
Our services are structured in two ways:
Hotel and accommodation bookings are included at no additional cost to you.
Bespoke itinerary planning and concierge services are premium offerings and are provided for a planning fee.
All fees are discussed transparently during the initial consultation, before any work begins

What is not included in your services?
We do not and/or cannot:
Make booking using personal loyalty points
Guarantee upgrades, early check-in, or special requests (though we will always advocate on your behalf)
Act as travel insurance providers or visa agents
Book services outside the agreed scope without confirmation
We are always clear about what is included before proceeding.

Do you book flights?

No. We do not book flights, as managing airline disruptions or schedule changes is often beyond our control.
However we can provide guidance on flight options, routing, and timing as a part of our premium services offered. Additional support can be discussed during your consultation if needed
Can I use points to book?

No. We cannot facilitate booking travel using points or miles. However, as a part of premium services, we can certainly advise on when it may make sense to use points versus paying cash, and how to approach your booking independently.
Can I earn points on bookings?

Yes. In most cases, you will still earn hotel loyalty points, elite night credits, and credit card points when booking with a travel advisor, as reservations are typically made directly with the hotel.
Earning rules vary by hotel brand and credit card provider. We recommend confirming the specific terms of your loyalty program or credit card independently, as eligibility ultimately depends on their conditions.
